- We use Twilio Segment to consolidate all our data from 5 sources to +30 destinations so everything's synced up
- It provides us with a holistic view of all the touch points a reader has with the company
- It gives us a birds-eye-view of the entire customer journey for a brand partner/sponsorship across all systems
- It allows us to personalize the relevance and experience per reader/user based on contextual information we have
