Not so long ago, I tried to shake things up. I broke up the monotony of my daily tasks by working out as soon as I woke up. Then fed my pups and nursed my coffee until I got into a groove.
On most days, my morning brew just ended up getting cold. Going through the repetitive checklist made me feel like a rat in a cage.

The plan was great until it became the new normal.
