Staying active while working from home is challenging. A demanding workday glues you to your office chair for hours. Just like your favorite Netflix show.

The tasks keep coming like the algorithm playing the next episode. You forget to stretch or make time to go for a walk.

Our creative lead, Ambreen, had enough of being the productive version of a couch potato. She set up a new morning workout routine before starting her work binge session.

Now she’s so sore, she can’t even sit and work.

Turns out that if you start too hard and too fast, you can burn out before the real action even begins.

Moderation is the way forward.
