A couple of years ago, design icon Stefan Sagmeister held an exhibition at a gallery in NYC. He's known for taking on big subjects in unique ways. He found inspiration for Beautiful Numbers while discussing politics with a lawyer. It must have gone better than we thought because...
Just when we thought the world is spinning out of control, Sagmeister spins it in a different direction.

He gathered data from society and politics over the past century and put it into simple visualizations. Then, in true Sagmeister fashion he dropped them in completely new places, like 19th century paintings and hand-painted water glasses from his family heirlooms.

It's one of the most creative data visualizations we've ever seen. Write us back and tell us what you think.
